I help businesses rank in the Google Maps top 3, show up in AI answers and turn local searches into calls. As a Diamond Google Product Expert for Google Business Profile, I know how Google treats local businesses, so your growth is built on what actually works and stays safe.
Local SEO, explained
A Google Product Expert is someone Google recognises for consistently giving accurate, helpful answers in its official Help Communities. I’m a Diamond Product Expert for Google Business Profile, the highest level of the program. That means I spend a lot of time inside the real problems owners face on Google Maps: rankings that drop overnight, suspensions, spam competitors, rejected edits and verification issues.
So when I do local SEO for your business, I’m not guessing from a blog post. I grow your visibility in ways that follow Google’s guidelines, which is how rankings last and how profiles stay safe from suspension.
Google's Product Experts program recognises people who help others in Google's official Help Communities. Diamond is the highest of its levels.

How Google ranks local businesses
Google says local results are based mainly on relevance, distance and prominence. You can’t pay Google for a better local ranking, so the only way up is to get these three right. Google’s own explanation.
How well your profile and website match what someone is searching for. Categories, services, descriptions and local pages all feed this.
What I do: categories, services and content that match real searches
How far your business is from the searcher or the area they searched. You can’t move your shop, but you can show Google every area you serve.
What I do: service areas and location pages done the right way
How well known and trusted your business is, online and offline. Reviews, links, mentions and your overall reputation all count.
What I do: reviews, citations, PR and links that build real trust
What's included
Every plan is built around your business, your city and your competitors. These are the pieces I use to get you there.
Categories, services, products, attributes, hours, photos and description, set up the way Google expects for your type of business.
The exact words people in your area use, including “near me” searches, so every page and post targets real demand.
On page SEO, local landing pages and service pages that support your profile and rank on their own.
A simple, policy safe system to get more genuine reviews, plus replies that build trust with future customers.
Your name, address and phone correct and consistent across directories, maps and data aggregators.
Regular Google posts, offers and fresh photos that keep your profile active and engaging.
Fake listings and keyword stuffed competitors reported through Google’s official channels, so the playing field is fair.
Clear, consistent facts about your business across the web, so AI Overviews and assistants describe you correctly.
Rank grids, calls, direction requests and website clicks, explained in plain words every month.
Real results
Taken straight from Google Business Profile performance and Google Search Console for clients I work with. No made up screenshots, no vanity metrics.
Monthly Business Profile interactions grew in two months, 295 in total from June to August 2025.
Monthly calls straight from the Business Profile, 150 calls in total over the same period.
Daily organic clicks grew from August to November after local and technical SEO work.
How it works
Local SEO isn’t a one time trick. It’s steady, compounding work. Here’s how we go from where you are today to the top of your local market.
I review your profile, website, reviews and top competitors, and show you exactly where you stand.
Profile optimisation, categories, NAP fixes and technical issues that are holding you back.
Keyword driven services, local pages and content that match how people really search.
Reviews, citations, local links and PR that make Google trust your business more.
Monthly rank grids and reports in plain words, and a clear plan for the next month.
Most businesses see real movement within 2 to 3 months, and stronger results by month 6. Competitive cities and industries can take longer, and I’ll tell you honestly what to expect.
Local SEO guide
Everything you need to understand about ranking on Google Maps and local search, in plain words.
For local searches, your Google Business Profile is often the first thing a customer sees, before your website. It’s what appears in the Map Pack, on Google Maps and in the knowledge panel when someone searches your name. A complete, accurate profile with the right primary category is the single biggest lever in local SEO.
The details matter more than most people think. Your primary category tells Google what you are. Your services and products tell it what you do. Your hours, photos, attributes and description help it decide when to show you. As a Google Product Expert, I see every week how one wrong category or an over optimised name can hold a business back, or even get it suspended.
Local searches usually show two kinds of results: the local pack (the map with three businesses) and the regular organic results below it. The local pack is driven mostly by your Business Profile, reviews and proximity. Organic results are driven mostly by your website. The strongest local businesses win both, which is why I work on your profile and your website together.
Reviews help in two ways. They’re part of prominence, which affects ranking, and they’re the main thing people read before choosing you. What matters is a steady flow of genuine reviews, recent ones, and thoughtful replies from you.
Fake or incentivised reviews break Google’s policies and are one of the fastest ways to lose reviews or get a profile restricted. A clean review strategy is slower, but it lasts.
Citations are mentions of your business name, address and phone number (NAP) on other websites, like directories, maps apps and industry sites. When these details match everywhere, Google is more confident your business is real and where you say it is. Old addresses, different phone numbers or spelling variations create doubt, so cleaning them up is a quiet but important part of local SEO.
Plumbers, cleaners, painters, movers and other businesses that go to their customers are called service area businesses. They usually hide their address on Google and set the areas they serve instead. They can still rank very well, but the setup has to be right, and their website usually needs strong service and area pages to reach beyond their base location. Getting this wrong is also a common reason for verification problems and suspensions.
More people now ask AI tools for recommendations, through Google’s AI Overviews, Gemini, ChatGPT and other assistants. These tools pull from the same signals: your Business Profile, your website, reviews and what other trusted sites say about you. Clear, consistent and well structured information across the web makes it far more likely that AI describes your business correctly and recommends it when someone asks for the best option nearby.
Fixes to your Business Profile can show results within weeks. Building relevance and prominence usually takes 3 to 6 months to really compound, depending on your competition and how much work was done before. Local SEO is a long term asset: every review, page and citation keeps working for you after it’s in place.
Some popular local SEO tricks work for a few weeks and then cost you everything. Adding keywords to your business name, using a virtual office or someone else’s address, creating extra listings and buying reviews can all lead to a suspension. Fixing those suspensions is a big part of my work, which is exactly why I build your local SEO the safe way from day one.
Who it's for
If customers find you on Google and then call, visit or book, local SEO is for you. Most of my clients are outside India, and I work with them fully remotely.

Red flags
A lot of the suspended profiles I help recover were damaged by shortcuts someone sold as SEO. Here’s what to watch out for.
Send me your business name. I’ll look at your profile and tell you honestly what’s helping, what’s risky and what’s missing. No pressure to work with me.

Most local SEO providers only see their own clients. I see a huge number of real Business Profile problems in Google’s community, which shows me what helps rankings and what puts profiles at risk. That’s the knowledge I bring to your business, and you work with me directly.

Profile fixes can help within a few weeks. Most businesses see clear movement in 2 to 3 months and stronger results by month 6, depending on competition and the starting point.
It depends on your market, competition and how many locations you have. After the free audit, I give you a clear monthly price and exactly what's included, with no long lock in.
No honest expert can. Google decides rankings and doesn't sell local positions. What I can promise is proven, guideline safe work and transparent monthly reporting so you can see the progress.
Yes, a lot of my clients are service area businesses like contractors, plumbers, painters and cleaners. They need a specific setup on Google and strong service area pages, and I handle both.
